Privacy

This notice applies to polywhalecopy.com. Polywhalecopy is built around public blockchain and market activity. During beta, we aim to collect as little personal information as possible.

What we process

  • Public wallet addresses, market activity, timestamps, outcomes, prices, and derived research metrics.
  • Your email address, username, display name, password hash, account role, and basic login timestamps.
  • A wallet address you choose to save in My wallet, kept private to your Polywhalecopy account and used only for your personal dashboard.
  • Basic server logs needed for security, debugging, abuse prevention, and reliability.
  • Feedback you choose to send during beta.

Email delivery

We use Resend to deliver account and beta onboarding email. When we send one, your email address and the message metadata are processed by Resend for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. We do not use the sending address to receive support requests.

What we do not do

  • We do not custody funds or ask for private keys.
  • We do not need a wallet connection to browse the beta site.
  • We do not sell personal information.

Public data

Wallet-level data may be public but still sensitive in context. Polywhalecopy displays it to support market research; users should avoid trying to identify private individuals behind addresses.

Retention and requests

We retain account information while the beta account is active and keep security records only as long as they are reasonably needed for abuse prevention and reliability. Contact us through the address on the Contact page if you want to request access, correction, or deletion of your account information.
